- Legal Age - ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Wineconsigners, Inc. that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age; this also includes items shipped out of the United States.
- Ordering: To pull and process a typical order is approximately 2-4 business days prior to shipping. If you wish to order wine that would require our breaking our packaging, we may elect to do so at our sole discretion and a minimum 10% premium will be added. Per bottle prices on multiple bottle lots are for purchases of all available quantities for that wine. Wineconsigners reserves the right to adjust single bottle pricing for quality/condition relative to the remaining bottles. We do not break cases unless special circumstances apply.

- Special Orders: If we do not have the item that you are looking for we would be happy to try and special order it for you. All sales are final: no returns, exchanges or discounts applicable.
- Minimum Order: A $250 minimum order is required to be shipped to any single location or surcharges will apply in addition to any delivery charge.
- International Orders (outside the United States): Due to an increase in identity theft fraud, international transactions must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of order confirmation. You will be asked for your credit card information to hold your order for 24 hours in good faith, until the wire is received.
- Cancellation: A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed within 30 days. The fee is 25% thereafter. There are no cancellations of special orders. Return Policy. We are a reputable merchant and we have made every effort possible to secure the best quality and ship the product as we have represented it to be. We purchase only either direct from the producer's representative or where the provenance is known, unless otherwise stated. Fine and rare wine evolves and changes, all of the best conditions such as temperature controlled storage and minimum disturbance, have been provided while in our possession. All sales are final, subject to state regulations.
- Ratings: Since ratings for "blue chips" are subject to frequent reviews by The Wine Advocate, please note that, despite our best efforts to provide you with the most updated ratings, we contend it is virtually impossible to access their ratings with complete accuracy. Thus we cannot be held responsible for erroneous or outdated ratings. We urge your verification.
- Competitive Pricing: Due to constant changes in our industry, we have taken drastic and aggressive measures to ensure most competitive prices. However, should any of our bonafide competitors offer you lower prices, we will do our best to meet or beat their prices whenever and wherever possible.
- Disclaimer: We have made every possible attempt to avoid mistakes. In the event of typographical errors or misprints, we cannot be held responsible. Therefore, the original intended price(s) will prevail.
- Availability: All wines available immediately except where noted.
- Stock Condition: Condition of older, rare wines available upon request. In all instances, we make every effort to protect the condition of the wine and bottle as stated and shown to you. Ullage in some older bottles may be especially vulnerable in transit and we take the added measure of securing the closure, capsule and/or foil with a temporary extra covering. Our covering can be easily removed by the buyer and does not affect the authenticity of the product. We assure you that this does not mean in any way that we have manipulated or otherwise compromised the cap or foil as it was represented to you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please speak with our customer service. If you do not wish us to take this added precaution we require your written request and acknowledgement that you have been advised that ullage may be affected, the bottle can be altered by incidental leaking and this could result in a somewhat altered product upon arrival, holding us harmless. - Confirmation: All sales are subject to availability and prior sale.
- Futures' Terms: All payments for futures orders are due upon written confirmation.
- Shipping: All deliveries are by common carrier or by Wine Consigners, Inc. Purchaser acknowledges that wine is a perishable item and will make every effort to take possession of the wine in a responsible and timely fashion, properly storing the wine.
- Governing Law: The validity, construction and performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws, without regard to the laws as to choice or conflict of laws, of the State of California.
- Venue and Jurisdiction: Customer agrees that any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the interpretation, performance or breach of these Terms and Conditions, shall be instituted in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in the State of California, and Customer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of said county and waives any and all objections to any other jurisdiction.
- Attorney's Fees and Costs: Customer agrees to pay all attorneys' fees and all other costs and out-of-pocket expenses which may be incurred by Wineconsigners, Inc. in the interpretation and/or enforcement hereof, whether or not suit is filed.
