Terms & Conditions
- MINIMUM ORDER: $100 minimum or $15 surcharge will apply.
- FORMS OF PAYMENTS: visa, mc, amex, checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers.
- INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS: Only by wire transfers with no bank fees/costs to us. All wire transfers must be received within a maximum of 24 hours of order confirmations or orders will be cancelled automatically.
- CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: Are limited to $5,000 maximum.
- ORDERS PROCESSING: First come first served basis, no holds, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds, all sales are final.
- CONFIRMED ORDERS: Unless your payment is received, processed and invoiced, your orders are not confirmed. While you are considering your options, chances are that your selections may be sold to another part of the world. Hence, you're well advised to be determined and decisive in pursuit and purchase of your selections with no procrastination.
- BOTTLE PREFERENCE: Should you opt for singling out bottles based on the condition of their labels, fills, ETC, we honor applicable discounts to your preferred bottle selection, however we will also assess a 10% fee to the listed bottle prices of your particular choices as well.
- NO FEE OPTIONS: To avoid paying a 10% fee for your preferred bottle selection:
- You may buy the entire available stock of any given wine.
- You allow us to pick and choose on your behalf.
- We may deem at our sole discretion that negligible differences between available bottles may not warrant an added fee.

- $6 per Styrofoam box of 1/750ml or 2/750ml.
- $9 per Styrofoam box of 3/750ml.
- $12 per Styrofoam box of 6/750ml.
- $18 per Styrofoam box of 12/750ml.
- $10 per Styrofoam box of 1/1.5lt or 2/1.5lt.
- $18 per Styrofoam box of 3/1.5lt.
- $24 per Styrofoam box of 6/1.5lt.
- $30 per Styrofoam box of 1/3lt & 1/6lt.
- Daily shipments deadline via FedEx only: 2:00pm (PST).
- Shipping & delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
